Effective internal communication is essential to delivering a strong guest experience. I led the design and coordination of a series of internal communication assets aimed at informing, engaging, and recognizing team members across the resort.
Partnering with leadership and department stakeholders, I aligned messaging goals with visual execution while managing timelines, deliverables, and production across multiple formats. I developed materials that communicated operational standards, promoted company events, and celebrated employee achievements, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility across both digital and physical platforms.

The visual approach highlighted the individuality of team members through vibrant imagery and approachable design elements. Friendly photography, expressive typography, and playful accents reinforced the resort’s “Funner” brand while maintaining clarity for operational communication.
