The housekeeping team supports over 1,200 guest rooms, yet their workspace lacked visual connection to the resort’s brand. I led the creative direction and coordinated the redesign of the team member environment, transforming the space into a more engaging, functional, and brand-aligned workplace.
Working closely with operations and facilities teams, I managed the project from concept through production and installation, aligning design intent with operational needs. I coordinated large-format production and vendor execution, ensuring accurate fabrication and successful installation within an active work environment.
Creative Direction
The design incorporated bright, summery imagery and the resort’s whimsical animal mascots to bring the “Funner” brand into the space. The goal was to create an environment that felt welcoming, energetic, and supportive of team members working behind the scenes.
